Fear of YAHVEH

Hebrews 11:7 "By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet,
moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he
condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by
faith."
Grace of Elohiym in his life that gave him this fear. Fear, a force here that
moved him.

Proverbs 14:26 “In the fear of the LORD [is] strong confidence: and his
children shall have a place of refuge.”
Fools rage and are confident, self confident, but strong confidence we can
have if we’re fearing YAHVEH. Can take refuge in the name of YAHVEH.

Proverbs 8:13 “The fear of the LORD [is] to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy,
and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.”
A Godly hatred for evil. Perverseness, frowardness.

Proverbs 16:6 “By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the
LORD [men] depart from evil.”

Psalms 19:9 “The fear of the LORD [is] clean, enduring for ever: the
judgments of the LORD [are] true [and] righteous altogether.”

Revelations 14:6-7 “And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven,
having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth,
and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud
voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come:
and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the
fountains of waters.”
Fearing him and giving him the glory. Clean thing, does a work in our lives.
Has to be done, also has to be an amount of fear there also. We know that
he’s able to wipe us out.

Proverbs 23:17 “Let not thine heart envy sinners: but [be thou] in the fear of
the LORD all the day long.”
Seek after this treasure, will help us to prosper, be a blessing to others.

Jeremiah 5:27 “As a cage is full of birds, so [are] their houses full of deceit:
therefore they are become great, and waxen rich.”
Do we fear YAHVEH? We can think that we fear him, but be wrong. There
are ways to know whether we fear or not. America surely his fear is not in
this place. Many things they would not do if they feared him. Sin manifests
lack of fear of Elohiym.

Proverbs 14:2 “He that walketh in his uprightness feareth the LORD: but [he
that is] perverse in his ways despiseth him.”
Uprightness in a person’s life, etc., or perverseness. If we see things in our
life not right, manifests lack of fear. Many verses on this subject. We should
be desiring to fear him, praying for his fear. Fear his name.
We also need to choose the fear of YAHVEH. Some did not choose the fear of
YAHVEH—will reap destruction.

Hebrews 12:28 “Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved,

let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and
godly fear:”
We need his grace to fear him. We can’t serve him acceptably without fear,
reverence. Grace [teach us to fear?] will have fear of YAHVEH.

Exodus 20:20 “…That his fear may be before your faces that ye sin not…”
Men would scorn, despise, reject fear of YAHVEH. They don’t understand it.

Proverbs 2:1-5 “ My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my

commandments with thee; So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, [and]
apply thine heart to understanding; Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, [and]
liftest up thy voice for understanding; If thou seekest her as silver, and
searchest for her as [for] hid treasures; Then shalt thou understand the fear
of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.”
There has to be a seeking and crying to understand this.
We need to learn his fear (Psalms 34). A treasure, wisdom, life (fountain of
life). Need to be learning it. It is beginning of wisdom, understanding, etc.
Blessings, promises to them that fear him. Angel of YAHVEH round about and
delivering. Pray for more of this in the church—that we would really fear him.
Fear of Elohiym—no need to fear anything else. If no fear of Elohiym, will
have other fears.

Psalms 34:9 “O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for [there is] no want to them
that fear him.”
Proverbs 19:23 “The fear of the LORD [tendeth] to life: and [he that hath it]
shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.”
Testify that there would be no want, not visited with evil. Won’t want to
fellowship with old works. He tries us sometimes to see what we will choose.
