ALERTS TO FRESH GRADUATES
As a Fresh Graduate I would like to share few alerts for Fresh Graduates who are looking to
get entry into SAP Direct roles in SAP Companies. Alerts are from the view point of SAP
Jobs.

Alert to Fresh Graduates:

If you have attended SAP Training @ Local centers (low cost training): Then what
companies will expect you to do?

1. They will ask your Original Marks cards. (Do not give originals - just show them and give
color Xerox)
2. They will ask you to make a security deposits (all companies will not ask for security
deposits, only few will do that)
3. They will ask you to sign a bond of contract.
4. If you join and after some months if you quit before the contract term, then you need to
pay the company (in case company had not asked you to make security deposits).
5. If you give security amount and then quit the job in between, then company will not
refund your security amount.

See that you are in safer side for your career. If you are not satisfied these points for your
career, then you must and should contact SAP Education Partners to be in safer side for

Fresh Graduates - SAP Training & Certification - Associate Level

For Associate Certification no prior SAP Experience is required in case of Fresh Graduates.

I will show you the path.

Note: This is only for College Graduates, University Graduates & Students

Fresh Graduate (Technical / Functional)



Enters into SAP Training with local centers cost is feasible around Rs.20k to Rs.30 or even
Rs.35k - Learns Basic Configuration/Programming/Customizing under the guidance of SAP
Trainer (Expert of SAP Industry).



After completing your training, make a small investment in buying SAP IDES System.
You need to practice for another 45 days.



You need to create your company & company code in your SAP IDES System
End to End Configuration Solution in IDES.



While doing step-by-step customizing, you need to copy screenshots in MS Word along with
SAP Menu Paths, complete one full Configuration cycle of particular SAP module and then
take print out.



After taking print out of your configuration notes, just visit Education Partners Centers, tell
them you are interested in SAP Consulting Career. Show your Configuration notes and tell
them that you have taken training at local center under the guidance of SAP Industry
Expert - SAP Trainer.



Education Partners will definitely allow you, if you are willing to join hands with them.



After Certification, Placement will happen through Education Partners - openings are based
on Business requirement @ Partner Companies, you need to wait with patience and during
your wait you need to do Demo project in your SAP IDES by referring SAP Material given by

Career Flow for Fresh Graduates
SAP Associate Certified Consultant Fresher
As a Fresh Graduate after getting certified at Associate Level your SAP Career
flow will be as under:

SAP Associate Certified Consultants (Fresh Graduate)


Gets job in respective module with SAP Partner's Project


Works in SAP Project for 2 or 3 years under the guidance of SAP Senior
Consultant in SAP Partner Company.


Gains SAP Implementation Experience, SAP Business Process Experience, Gains
SAP experience in integrating module with other modules.


Plans to appear for SAP Professional Certification @ SAP Education Partner
through sponsorship of SAP Partner.


Candidate Clears SAP Professional Certification Exam successfully.


Becomes Eligible for Next Higher SAP Consulting Roles with their Current SAP
Partner or looks for other SAP Partners roles.

Note: This path is best suited for a Fresh Graduate who is looking for their First
Career.

SAP Partners who are specialized in SAP Implementation as well as Support
Services will look for these two experiences.
SAP Partners who are specialized in SAP Implementation Services will look for
implementation experience (End to End Implementation Cycle).
SAP Partners who are specialized in SAP Support Services (AMS Application
Management Services Support Projects) will look for Support experience.
