From the outside it seems that the posts on the first level are leaning out, on the second level
leaning in and the top level looks fairly straight. Posts seem to be sitting on top on the
retaining wall. Needs new kitchen. Bedrooms good size. there are cracks on the left hand side
of the house in the front bedroom as well as the same side in the basement. very small yard.
needs new fence.

Nice, old house on a hill with needed upgrades. The kitchen is 1960s through out, but with
new dishwasher. The three bedrooms upstairs are small and one does not have a closet. The
heating system is an old one and quite large. Small backyard.

This home is currently shut down for the winter, so no working heat or water. The kitchen is
sizable, but dated. It appears that the electrical system has been updated, but the heating
systems seems to be quite old.

My client wrote up a nice cover letter and even updated
their offer a few times as we were hearing about more offers
coming in. But the competition had stronger down
payments and offered more money.

$600k to $650k
Buyers submitted an offer well above listing price, but a
price that was appropriate for the condition of the property
in that particular location in JP. The buyers waived the
inspection contingency, kept the mortgage, but offered to
make up the difference between their offer and a low
appraisal up to 20K. Ultimately there were 10 offers in
total, and a few were well into the 600s and all cash without
contingencies.
