Only disagree with 8 and 14.
I'm not sure how jellyfish and other icky stuff would wash inside of a closed pool.
It wouldn't happen anymore than in an outdoor pool, and with no trees in sight
you don't even have to worry about leaves. It's not connected to the ocean.
I'm also not sure how having a clear bathtub instead of an opaque one drastically
increases the price of water and heat. I could see a small increase in the price of
water due to the square shape; you won't be using any of the water in the corner.
Perhaps you were simply referring to the fact that it's a bath, in which case,
people soak in baths fairly commonly (in the United States), or instead hot tubs.

take some more antibiotics and use anti bacterial gel every day and go live in a
