1. After attempting to get justice from every possible avenue
provided to every lndian citizen by the
constitution,

justice in my FIR 5/2009 has been
denied, murdered and killed by the complete tniian
judiciary collectively, abused by the criminals
named. Please consider below individual
points:
- Justice was denied to me when FIR 5/20091 was killed by initiating legal
proceedings in
4516120112. What was the very need for 451612011 to exist?
- Justice was denied to me when CC 3006/20093 was allowed to be filed against me, when
the complainant therein was the accused in 5/2009 and was out on baila

given to the accused by the High court of Madras?
- Justice was denied to me when in CC 183512A1A5 which was termed a highly suspic-ious
case by the

1. Killing section 4ggA10, and 2. Allowingll the unlawful extension of criminal Ramathal
in
public office, bY bending the law.
Honorable Sir,
Please investigate the number of FlRs registered and number of cases where charges filed,
both under Section 4984, during Ramathal's tenure. With this state of the High Court oiMadras,
what credibility it has

to be allowed to safeguard Article 226?
To the above, while the lndian
judiciary
is free to plead any excuse, can it ever plead
inaction?
For a state that failed to protect my fundamental rights, and a
judiciary
that instead of delivering
justice
killed the
justice
that was due to me,have I not upheld the souiof my constitution, in return?
l-f me, a single lady with meagre resources, after having lost every hope in life, can survive more than
3 ygars
to write to you on this day, to show that my words of 241h Marcn 2010 were absolutely correct,
is this not the day that every person
holding an office in the lndian
judiciary,
law enfoicement
and administration hang their heads in shame, having lived on salary, stolen as tax, from
upright citizens? That too after every effort of the lndian
judiciary
to kill my
justice
and frereby my
life, liberty and future? I am clueless as to whom to represent this case of violation of Article 21.?
Since
justice
due to me in FIR 5/2009 has been denied permanently,
return every rupee of tax
ever paid by my family. lt is a shame that in the same free and independent lndia that my late
grandfather
fought for, I am fighting for my basic human rights. Not stopping at denying
justice,
the
judiciary
is ruining me and my family, every day that we live.
ln the fight for
justice,
my elder brother, Muthu Kumar lost his income since Mar 2009, and the last
earning member of my family, my younger brother, Jagan, has lost his income since Mar 2013. My
elder brother has remained unmarried till date, because of this wretched
judiciary.
Now, my newly
married younger sister-in-law, also is sutfering and lost her basic right to a normal life. When the
judiciary
has caused the above ruin to my family in all ways, you return the tax paid by my
family.
And,lf this is the apathy to my family where my late father was commended for his service, as doctor
with Red Cross, offering relief to civilians in Srilanka in '87-'8g and hence nominated for Bharat
Gaurav award; my mother who has dedicated 27 years to the TN Medical Services as a Surgeon; my
two brothers who are both gold medallists in their own right; what chance do the uneducated-or poor
have in front of this criminaljudiciary, spineless law enforcement and l-care-a-damn bureaucracy
Till such time as my prayers
in this letter are not answered in spirit, why should any lndian
citizen holding a copy of this letter, supporting me in my fight for
justicl
against this
genocide, pay taxes even for a single day, or submit to this criminaljudiciary and corrupt law
enforcement.
Now, go back to my opening lines and answer my prayers!
I also here name the following people
who have conspired in all of the cases above.
1. R Selvam, A Ramasamy, Poongavanam, Tamizhselvi, Padma, Sivakami, Kantharaj, Advocate
Palanichamy of 134147,Vasudeva Nagar, Chennaifor inflicting dowry harrassment on me since 2008.
2. K M Ramathal, ex-chairperson of State Commission for Women, TN for denying
justice
to me in my
FIR 5/2009 abusing public
office to fulfil personalvendetta;
and her son Ravananior aiding her.
3. Mohan, Proprietor of Kalyaan amaalai magazine and K M Matrimony and his son VUay, close friend
of Selvam, Chennai for conspiring along with above accused.
