The Way to permanence

India long aspired for a permanent seat in UNO.But cannot convince anybody
because after Indiraji there was no international leader.May be Rajivji would have
suceeded but could not.
Atal ji struggled for a breathing space.
Now I think PM modi may have a chance to fulfill all that desired and deserved.
When Prez Obama was on his way to the second term I wished him world peace.
So also to PM modi.
When Boko Haram case of girls abduction case was there in Nigeria,I always
thought there are other world players.
But the the Malesian plane firing in ukrane may bring world peace at risk.

So PM Modi should act fast.Diplomats are not born.Rather our work make us
weighted.
As India is the best friend of Russia and has fairly verygood relation with the USA,it
has best chance to solve the matter.I never consider Russia a rowdy or a rogue
state.The statesmen of the erstwhile USSR helped India to develope and get self

respect.Prez Mikhail Gorvchov accepted world peace proposal od Pred Ronald
Regan.There is no proof of Russia support to world terror except selling of weapons
that all the world big powers do for money.

World diplomacy requires
1. Interference offering peace
2. Meticulacy
3. Sacrifice
First two things PM Modi knows.But for sacrifice he should declare an ex gratia
compensation of $2000 to all 298 passengers died on crash on behalf of Indian
Govt.
Further propose Russia to compensate $100000 to each passenger as the rebels are
backe by Russia in Ukrane.and Russia was supposed to fight with own soldiers and
not with terror rebels.
Finally ask a compensation of $ 50000 from UNO for each passenger on Board .
The arbitration should also include Russias promise not to abet any kind of
illetimate forces and ,Malaysia,The USA,The western countries to calm down.
Mahatma Gandhi became a world leader.Mr Obama is a peace lover and disciple of
DR Nelson Madela.No body in the world wants war.But not let the
avoidable(persona-non-grata) be the ruler.So NAM was a powerful instrument in
the hands of PM Pt.Nehru.
That India has to maintain now and then also.That is how you can be a leader of
SAAR-BRICS-UNO-and NAM also
