Subject: CONDUCT OF RE-ORIENTATION AMONG COLLEGE FRESHMEN AND
TRANSFEREES (ONLY FOR THOSE WHO FAILED TO ATTEND THE INITIALLY
SCHEDULED ORIENTATION)

Sir:

Greetings!

Upon cognizance on the attendance of students during the Orientation
Program scheduled last June 30 to July 2, the Guidance & Counseling Center
sees the need for the conduct of a re-orientation especially for those who failed
to attend the aforesaid activity.

It is indisputable that the orientation of the new students of the Campus is
imperative in their adjustment process. Hence, such activity has always been
one of the priority programs of the Guidance and Counseling Center.

In view hereof, may we respectfully request the approval of your office for a re-
orientation of the concerned students on July 17 at 1-5 PM.

Attachment: Students Monitoring Sheet

Respectfully yours,

BABILY CALIMAG-BAUTISTA, RGC

Subject: CONDUCT OF RE-ORIENTATION AMONG COLLEGE FRESHMEN AND
TRANSFEREES (ONLY FOR THOSE WHO FAILED TO ATTEND THE INITIALLY
SCHEDULED ORIENTATION)

Sir:

Greetings!

Please be informed that the Guidance and Counseling Center sees the
necessity of conducting a re-orientation especially for those who failed to
attend the initially scheduled orientation program last June 30 to July 2. It has
been observed that there is an insignificant number of participants during the
aforesaid activity as evidenced by the students attendance.

More than a requirement for accreditation, the Guidance Center believes that
the orientation of the new students of the Campus is imperative in their
adjustment process. Hence, such activity has always been one of the priority
programs of the Guidance and Counseling Center.

Kindly admonish therefore the concerned students to attend the re-orientation
on July 17 at 1-5 PM. Attached is the students monitoring sheet for your
reference (especially for those who did not attend).

Thank you for the usual support.

Respectfully yours,
