Dear Ms. Stroud,

Seattle Public Schools has an interest in acquiring the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco

school and completed the Application for Public Benefit Allowance Acquisition of Surplus
Federal Real Property for Educational Purposes.

Attached are electronic copies of the application materials Seattle Public Schools has prepared
to acquire The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco Building for educational purposes
through the U.S. Department of Education. We are sending Exhibit E: Downtown School
