User Manual for MRP RUN Process
STEP-1
Preparation of PIR (Planned Independent Requirement) Excel file format
Pre requisites
1. Customer plan are received &converted in to a pre-defned MS excel format
(sample format is given in the subsequent pages

/. 1'23s -ill be uploaded in S%1 for one plant at a time.
4. 1'2 qt. -ill be in 5ase unit of measurement as specifed in their respective
material master
6. 1'2 -ill be uploaded in S%1 for specifc 2equirement 1lan (o and help
identif.ing the plan in S%1 -ith ease.
7. 1'2 version -ill be 00 & active in case of M21.
#. %n. requirement -hich is mentioned in non--or8ing da.s as per factor.
calendar -ill get added to the preceding date -hen 1'2 is prepared for the M21-
,a. -ise.
9. 2equirement under -ee8 -ise or month -ise are ta8en to be fulflled on the frst
-or8ing date of that -ee8 or the month.
10.&or the same period (planning hori:on same plant ;same version; & same
material numbers ;if the 1'2 <s are uploaded for some other requirement plan
(o; then s.stem -ill do the planning for both plan -hich -ill lead to doubling of
plan.
11.1eriod under -hich the 1'2 are uploaded should be unique other-ise upload for
same period same requirement plan over -rite the existing data.
1!.2equirement plan no ma. be alpha numeric code of Max 10 characters.
