Specifically the program development department should use LinkedIn to find globally
available senior executives of the donor organizations; highlight your organization
profile to them and try to workout some new strategic relationship with their
organizations.
Emphasize to promulgate field project activities on internet, may use different sites not
merely Face book. Worldwide development professionals are available on LinkedIn.
The organizations shouldn't spend much amount for print publications, unless
adopting proper strategy to spread them such as arranging the stalls while mega
events & festivals. Otherwise, all that would be futile attempt to waste money and
time.; may adopt an alternate mode to publish them on internet like Scribd, LinkedIn,
etc.
Visionary, dedicated and hardworking employees are true assets for any organization,
so keep motivating and refrain to loose them. Restructuring is more necessary than
downsizing.
