The concept of producing a Black Pages has been replicated in over 60 cities across the United
States, Canada, and Europe. Black Pages Publishers Association, an organization founded in
1993, positions publishers in a collective that represents over 100,000 African Americans in
business.
The specific purpose of a black business directory is to level the playing field for African
Americans in the marketplace. The Black Business Directory is a trade publication offering
incentives and advantages for reaching the black consumer market and for reaching corporate
and government entities that have a strategic plan to diversify their workforce and business op-
portunities.
The EMBYP are available at all the agencies, organizations and churches advertised in this di-
rectory and the home of the Black Yellow Pages, 2213 Parade Street, Erie, PA. We can be
reached by phone at 814/455-2830. eriemetroblackpages.com
Shouldn’t your company be included in this dynamic publication? How else can you reach this
market 24 hours a day, 365 days a year? Whether you own a business, are a manager at a cor-
poration, a minister of a church, or a politician - there is no better way to let the African Ameri-
can community know where you are and the services you provide.
