Suitable for lling FIBCs with material in
powder or granular form. lt comprises
a supporting frame made of steel tubes
containing two removable telescopic frames,
which makes it possible to adapt the entire
structure to different heights of FIBCs.
Filling is by means of a pressurised bag-
opening device provided with an inatable seal
that holds the FIBC open.
An electro-pneumatic control panel (supplied
as an option) controls the ination and
deation phases.

Eignet sich zum Befllen von Big-Bags mit
pulver- oder granulatfrmigem Schttgut.
Besteht aus einem Tragegestell aus Stahlrohr,
in das zwei herausziehbare Teleskoprahmen
eingelassen sind, die eine Anpassung der
Struktur an untersohiedliche Big-Bag-
Gren ermglichen. Der Big-Bag wird
ber einen Einlaufstutzen gefllt, der mit
Druckluft beaufschlagt wird und mit einer
aufblasbaren Dichtmanschette versehen
ist, welche die Einfllffnung des Big-Bags
xiert. Die Lufteingabe bzw. der Luftabla
aus der Manschette wird ber einen, als
Zubehr lieferbaren, elektropneumatischen
Schaltkasten angesteuert.

Adapt au renipiessagei des big bags avec
des matires pulvrulentes ou granulaires. ll
est constitu dun chssis de soutien, ralis
en tubulaires dacier, qui contient a lintrieur
deux chssis tlescopiques, escamotables,
qui permettent dadapter toute la structure
aux diffrentes hauteurs des big-bags. Le
remplissage est produit laide dun dispositif
de xation de la gueule du sac, pressuris,
dot dun joint gonable qui retient la bouche
de remplissage du big-bag.
Les phases de gonage et de dgonage
sont commandes par un tableau lectro-
pneumatique fourni uniquement sur demande.

E costituito da un telaio di sostegno, realizzato
in tubolari di acciaio, al cui interno sono
collocati due telai telescopici, slabili, che
consentono o adattare lintera struttura alle
different altezze dei big bag. ll riempirnento
avviene mediante un dispositivo boocasacco,
pressurizzato, dotato di una guarnizione
gonabile che trattieni la bocca di carico
del bigbag. Le fasi di gonaggio e
sgonaggio sono comandate da un quadro
elettropneumatico fornito solo su richiesta.
