Ultimus FloStation Help Page 5 of 8 Configuring Ultimus FloStation In order to use Ultimus FloStations, they must first be installed by identifying the name of the computer where Ultimus FloStation software is installed. Every computer is given a "name" when Microsoft Windows is installed -- this is the name that appears on the network. The network name is found in the Identification tab of the Network Control Panel. Ultimus FloStations must be added in Ultimus Administrator before they can be utilized. Ultimus FloStation automatically checks for new tasks on Ultimus BPM Server every 60 seconds. However, this interval may be increased or decreased. The Flobot Fail interval, the length of time Ultimus FloStation waits before it considers a stalled Flobot as one that has failed, may also be changed. Depending upon configuration settings, an Ultimus FloStation can work locally or with a remote Ultimus BPM Server. In the case of a remote Ultimus BPM Server, Ultimus FloStation gets and submits tasks to a remote Ultimus BPM Server using HTTP, HTTPS or DCOM protocol. To configure Ultimus FloStation, do the following: 1. Click Start>>Programs>>Ultimus BPM Suite 7.1>>Ultimus FloStation Configuration. The Ultimus FloStation Configuration console appears.
2. Right-click the FloStation Configuration node and select Settings. The Server Connection Settings dialog box appears. Ultimus FloStation Help Page 6 of 8
