OPERATIONS MANAGER

Duties:
1. Lead and mentor operations and support personnel. Develop and manage
indirect quarterly budgets. Requisition, review, and approval within DOA
purchasing guidelines.
2. Direct supporting departments and personnel for assistance in vessel
readiness and operations.
3. Direct regional departments with daily issues to comply with TLO and client
HSE quality specifications Manage and oversee the mobilization and
demobilization of marine spreads and supports assigned to operations.
4. Facilitate and attend meetings as required.
5. Decide final resolution for problems that arise during performance of
offshore operations. Review and input on contractual issues.
6. Attend Bid reviews and provide final input from operations to estimating.
7. Forecast vessel utilization.
8. Provide insight for required resources to meet IBDs strategic goals. Oversee
Fleet of regional assets
9. Provide constructability solutions to PMT Any other task assigned by COO
Responsible for refusing unsafe work & for carrying out all work in accordance
with the established safety standards and work practices Liaising with offshore
operations and project management daily to ensure continuity of works and to
report on progress
10. Providing adequate and competent supervision of safe work practices and job
instruction In the event of an emergency, by ensuring that all duties as detailed in
the emergency procedures manual are performed correctly
11. Conducting and participating in job safety analysis and safety meetings
Establish proper lines of communications with the company site representative to
ensure a quality installation as stipulated in the project installation manual
12. Ensure regular lines of communication are adhered to by all supervisors to
maximize efficiency, productivity and safety
13. Conduct monthly crew safety talks all personnel & crew, when on station,
report to barge superintendent.

Qualifications:

A) Minimum 15 years in International Environment.
B) Experience working in foreign countries like Brazil or Mexico Vast experience
in offshore activates such as pipe lay and project installation.


Subsea Operations Manager

An International Operator is actively looking to recruit a Subsea Operations Manager to be based in its Jakarta office on a
permanent basis.

Responsible for the creating pre-ops and operational proceedures and work loads for the entire subsea aspects of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the SURF Operations and facilitate Peer Reviews, workshops and 3rd party review.
Encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
o Performance coaching;
o Knowledge sharing sessions
Mentor and appraise staff in own team to ensure competency growth of team members
o Team member appraisal
o Development of team members: Plans and Implementations
Function as the single contractual focal point to FEED Contractors, Communications and correspondences
with FEED Contractor.
Manage the SURF design change. Issue of Change of designs
Manage the SURF Interface coordination. Interface registers and coordination
Facilitation of interface meetings
Supervise SURF action tracking Updated Action records
Management and supervise FEED Contract.
Manage team's resourcing including the budgeting and budget control
o Resource/Budget planned and controlled with allowable deviation
Ensure compliance to existing laws, regulations and company's Health, Safety and Environment standard procedures and
practices.

Requirements
Academic degree in Industrial Engineering especially in disciplines related to marine and/or subsea facility engineering.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in the Oil and Gas
FEED/EPC project engineering/management with at least 9 years in the areas of project coordination.
