(1) Hodgkin and Huxley Model
(a) Figure 1 shows V, m, h, n as a function of time.
(b) Figure 2 shows ring rate over dieren current injections. The curve obtained with the HH
model is more sigmoidal in shape, having tapers on both high and low ends of current values.
The neuron also starts to re at a higher current value, at around 25 nA as opposed to around
1.5 nA in that of a integrate and re model(Figure 3).
(2) Experiment with HH model
Figures 4- 9 My empirical h

value is 0.25, much lower than the theoretical one (1). This is
because by the time the second peak Na is formed and measured, h value has already exponentially
dropped to lower than h

. Therefore h

can never be captured.
My empirical is orders of magnitude lower, i wonder if my code was wrong.
