Problems existing
Lack of Natural Lighting and Ventilation
- The place has only one window that is located in front, and since the
places form is rectangle only half of the room is supplied with natural
light and ventilation while the remaining half is kind of dark and
airtight.

Heavy Traffic Flow
- The total floor area is already small yet tables and chairs can be seen
everywhere which makes the area looks crowded and messy and
making the traffic flow heavier.

Clearances
- The distances between each table are too small, thus making it
impossible to have private spaces for every user.
Unorganized arrangement of furniture
- Furnitures are not arranged neatly, making it hard to identify the
function of each spaces.

Conclusion and Recommendation
When it comes to Aesthetics and facilities, Caf UK will surely
impress you. The colors are very cozy looking and relaxing plus the
artificial lights really helped to set the mood of the coffee house.
However, due too many tables the shop space became more small
and messy looking. You really cannot identify the difference of each
spaces since it all looks the same.

With that the designer recommends the owner to rearrange the
furniture, remove some tables and chairs if necessary. Make the
kitchen more visible for viewing because the people enjoy watching
the beverage preparation and lastly replan the second floor and third
floor so that users can easily identify the function of each space.
