LETTER O) APPRAISAL
It gives me great pleasure to introduce Mr.B.venkateswara rao as a student with great promise
and sincerity. As the head of the department of Mechanical Engineering, I have known
mr.venkateswara rao for the past four years. During this time, I handled two theory sessions and
few practical sessions. I have observed him closely in my lecture sessions and I have discussed
his performance with his other professors too. I think some of my observations are worth
mentioning while I pen down my letter, recommending him to your niversity.
!e has an aggregate of "#$ in his branch %ME&. 'he abstract concepts in the sub(ects I handle
re)uire intense concentration and utmost dedication. !is concentration during the lecture
sessions has always been total. I remember him raising very interesting )uestions in the sub(ects.
!e was particularly clarifying the practical applications. An intelligent student* he was always
ahead of the rest during practical+s. Drawn by his in)uisitive nature he would spend his spare time
looking at the scientific (ournals and keep himself updated on the latest trends in the field of
communication. !e had his priorities set and worked hard to achieve them. ,uality was his forte
as the assignments he submitted substantiated them. I can aver that he would do well if he got
chance for teaching assistantship at your university.
I whole heartedly support his decision to pursue graduate studies and I am confident that he will
not only continue to be a promising, competitive and sincere student but would also be capable of
efficiently discharging his duties as graduate assistant. I strongly recommend him for admission
at your university. I wish him success in all his accomplishments.

LETTER O) RECOMMEN!ATION
I am happy to know that my student Mr.B.Ae$<ate9Bara rao is applying for his Masters in your
university. I have known him for the past four years now. I have taught him few practical and
theoretical classes.
In my teaching career of seven years I have seen only few students as attentive and diligent as
him. 'he first thing I have noticed in him is his grasping power, which makes him uni)ue among
his classmates.
Apart from his academics he was active participant in college cultural events. !e was part of a
team which has organi-ed Impetus01224, a cultural e.travagan-a held at our college. !e
possesses good communication skills and has fine command over English language. !e shares a
good rapport with his professors and his peers.
I am glad to know that he has selected a prestigious university like that of yours to pursue his
masters and I strongly recommend him for a research degree with possible financial assistance
and teaching assistantship. I predict he will have a bright future and wish him all the success.
