TRAVEL CHECK LIST

Dear Traveler,

This check list will help you to prepare yourself for the journey ahead of you. You should check
the following and clarify any doubt before your departure.

1. PASSPORT
2. VISA (Validity, Please make sure your travel start date and the end date matches the Visa
Validity)
3. DOMESTIC E-TICKET (Please ensure youre carrying the Photo ID card along with you)
4. INTERNATIONAL E-TICKET
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
6. MEAL / SEATING / FREQUENT FLYER MEMBERSHIP AND OTHER SPECIAL
SERVICES
7. BAGGAGE ALLOWENCE / LIMIT EXPLAINED
8. FOREIGN EXCHANGE
9. INVITE LETTER (IF ITS A BUSINESS TRAVEL)
10. WORKPERMIT APPROVAL (IF ITS A LONG-TERM TRAVEL)

PASSPORT Check your passport for the period of validity, availability of visa sheets and
emigration check requirement. It is advisable to take copies of your passport and visa and leave
one set back at home.

VISA Check for period of validity, number of entries and category. Make it a point to talk
to the executive who has processed your visa. He / She will explain the specific issues related
with your visa and guide you on what is expected of you.

INSURANCE The Insurance issued will be valid for a maximum period of 180 days and
its the responsibility of the passenger to inform the travel team well before the expiry date of the
insurance in case of further extension of stay.

DOMESTIC DEPARTURE Note the check in time is 1hr prior to Departure and also
check the departure terminals.

INTERNATIONAL DEPARTURE Please note the airline booked for you, the airport /
terminal, ticket validity and the check in time is 3hrs prior to departure.

BAGGAGE Depending on where you are traveling to and class of travel, you will be
entitled to free baggage allowance. Please check with the travel team on your baggage allowance
at the time of collecting the tickets.



FOREIGN EXCHANGE Avoid carrying too much of foreign exchange in form of cash.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IN CASE YOU LOSE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING
DOCUMENTS:

PASSPORT Report, the loss to the nearest police authorities, obtain an FIR and then get in
touch with the nearest Indian Mission / Embassy, who will issue you a temporary travel
document.

AIR TICKET In case you lose / misplace your e-ticket a copy of the same can be obtained
from the airline or your travel team. Please get in touch with travel team for further information.

BAGGAGE (International Travel) If the airline misplaces your baggage, remember to
obtain from them a PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT (PIR) before you leave the airport.
Most airlines would compensate you monetarily for any inconvenience.

FOREIGN EXCHANGE In case of card lost or any fraud suspects, kindly report the

Lost currency will not be replaced.

CHECK IN as early as possible, for your flights. In case of over booked flights (which
happens with most airlines from time to time), those who check in late are denied boarding.

Reconfirm your onward and return flights whenever there is a break of more than 72 hours
between flights.

RETURN TRAVEL Your return travel is booked as per the dates given in the FTR, if you
are not travelling on the dates booked please keep the travel team informed so that they can
cancel the bookings & rebook for a revised date.

There will be a cancellation penalty if the tickets are not cancelled on time the amount
which will have to be borne by the passenger.
