Royal Bank of Scotland's foreign empire-building helped bring it to its knees. Will its 20 billion pounds

Connection Highlights… It already appears to have started. Monday, the British bank offloaded its 4% stake in Bank of China
for 1.6 billion pounds. RBS is selling out of a key growth market with Bank of China's shares near an

assets -- tiny in the scheme of its two trillion pounds balance sheet.
