and Senators for the Civil Rights Tax Relief Act (CRTRA) in 2003 including all New York members of
the House Ways and Means Committee (Houghton-R, Rangel-D, McNulty-D). The 21 sponsorships in
the House represented 15% of the total nationwide. One provision was attached to the JOBS Bill of
2004 and became law.

Subsequently worked on the remaining two provisions of the CRTRA in Ohio and Colorado.
