Evolution dryers and filters ensure that you get constant dew point even in hot tropical conditions. Pre and
after filters filtrate up to 0.01 ppm level. This ensures that the color sorter machine is protected from all oil,
dirt and moisture.

Evolution rotary compressors are equipped with integral imported air and oil coolers designed at 46deg C.
These are high efficiency coolers ensuring optimum cooling of ultra coolant and discharge air. This enhances
your air end life as well as your downstream application machine.

Evolution rotary compressors are provided with a thermostatic control valve, mounted downstream the oil
cooler. This controls the temperature of the lubricant flowing through the cooler, thus ensuring lubricant
injection at the right temperature.

Evolution compressor makes use of centrifugal blower mounted on the extended shaft of motor. Blower
ensures increase intake of cooling air for coolers. Elimination of extra motor also helps in saving of power
inputs.

Evolutions design incorporates an innovative bearing coolant dam, which traps coolant upon compressor
shut down. This feature assures proper bearing lubrication at startup and provides you the benefit of a

Lower operating temperatures.
Bearing life more than when used with normal mineral oil.
Being synthetic based coolant, chances of lubricant emulsification is eliminated.
