GENERAL INFORMATION
These units are of a monobloc type with two refrigerating
circuits. They are suitable for cooling the water required for any
air-conditioning application as well as any other fluid, such as
for example glycol water, that may be used in industrial
processes.These units are completely assembled at works.
They are equipped with all the internal refrigerating and
electrical connections required for a rapid installation on site.
Standard Version (BLN)
These units are suitable for an outdoor installation on the
building roof rather than directly on the ground level.
FRAME AND BODY
It is made up of zinc plated steel bars and sheets. It is painted
with polyester powders and baked in the furnace (high
resistance anticorrosive treatment in presence of an
aggressive atmosphere). Its screws are made of stainless
steel.Modular realisation providing for a perfect air flow rate
and an easy access to the various components for
maintenance and repair operations.
COMPRESSORS
Scroll hermetic type. The rotor is cooled by the suction
refrigerating fluid.The compressors are fitted inside an
insulating acustic box made by sheet metal. They are
complete with:
*built-in thermistor protection
*automatically reset protection against overloads
*IP54 terminal boards
*crankcase oil heater
WATER HEAT EXCHANGER
Type with "Dual Type" stainless steel plates.Equipped with:
*antifreeze electrical heater complete with a thermostat
*external heat insulation with a closed cell mattress
*threaded water connections for the loop
*single inlet/outlet
AIR HEAT EXCHANGER
Aluminium Microchannel coils.
FANS
The fans are of a direct coupling helical type. They have a fan
wheel with wing contour aluminium blades. Each fan is
equipped with a painted zinc plated steel accident prevention
grille. The motors of the fans are completely enclosed. They
have an IP54 protection rating and a protection thermistor
inside the windings.
ELECTRIC BOARD
Built in compliance with the EN60204-2 standards and fitted in
an IP 54 proof box complete with:
*door lock main disconnector switch
*power components for the start-up of compressors and fans

Can regulate and display the parameter below:
*Water inlet Temperature
*Water Outlet Temperature
*Antifreeze
*Compressor and Fan status
*Compressors Suction and Discharge pressure

*Pump Down Logic

*Compressor envelope
*Thermostatic Valve

ALARMS

*external interlock, flow switch
*discharge gas high temperature (heat pump and heat
recovery version only)
