Refresh Window, Bring to Front subscript added to Go to Issues TOC script when
called from Main Menu fixing a problem under some circumstances in which the
Conversion Issues file wouldn t end up in the front
Reformatted Output Layout in Resolutions file to use FileMaker standard fonts, and
added a Title Header and running Footer
Cleaned up some font and formatting issues in the Conversion Reference records.
Miscellaneous cleanup. Removed some extraneous fields, layouts, and scripts.
Changed the message in the Conversion Reference file in the script called by the Print
buttons, so that a more helpful message is shown explaining where to get the .pdf version
of the database contents
Fixed a couple of problems in the saved Sort Order of the Issues database and of the
Output Document script (also called by the Print buttons on several layouts), which were
causing some records not to appear in the correct sequence.

Reduced the font size on the output layout, so that the appearance would be more
consistent with the other sections of the Migration Foundations and Methodologies
document. An artifact of this is that it prints out as fewer pages than previously.
