3.5 Manufacturing Period: Prior to manufacture, drawings will be made

available for approval by purchaser. Manufacture will not commence
until approval has been received. Delivery will then be scheduled to meet
the requirements of the contract.

3.6 Terms of Payment: Payment to be made within 14 days of Invoice -

15% with Order [T/T transfer]
85% of the value of each part shipment on dispatch [L/C]

3.7 Guarantee:
12 months from Commissioning or 18 months from shipment
