Supported Windows Operating Systems:























BusinessObjects Enterprise server components only support 64-bit operating systems (this
is not a complete list of platform/connectivity services) which can be any version of the
following types Data Center Edition, Enterprise Edition, Standard Edition, or Web
Edition.

All software kits can be downloaded from the SAP Service Marketplace via this link. Then
selecting the Software Downloads tab and then selecting Search for Software Downloads.
Use the table above to specify the components to search for.

01 - SBOP BI Platform 4.0 Server

Extract the files into a folder, then traverse to the DATA_UNITS folder, which will contain
the BusinessObjectsServer_win folder. Double click on the Setup.exe application.

enable Intranet Settings [or turn off the notification]

The SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Client Tools can only be installed by a dedicated
installation program, and are no longer bundled with the installation of SAP BusinessObjects
Enterprise servers. The dedicated SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Client Tools installation
program installs a suite of SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise desktop clients on supported
Windows operating systems only. Client Tools are not available for Unix or Linux operating
systems.
