Honourable Sir,
I cordially express my extreme happiness to your Honourable good self for governing the
ministry of Human resources of Govt of A.P.
Sir, I would like to bring to the notice of your Honourable self that we established an
architecture college in the name of MRK College of architecture in Veeravasaram village, west
Godavari Dt AP with the pious motto of providing opportunity for studying architecture in this
rural area. We already obtained initial permission with CA/5 Academic- AP19 Dated 30-05-2014
for the establishment of college of architecture from the Council of Architecture New Delhi
Subsequently in the procedure we got the approval of the verifying committee. The affiliation
committee from the Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts university, Hyderabad visited
our institution for grant of affiliation. At present we have to carry on admissions to the course
for 2014-15 and it would be done after getting the G.O from the Dept of Higher Education, Govt
of A.P we have already submitted to the Dept of Higher Education of Govt of AP all the required
documents and information, waiting the issue of G.O.
Hence I humbly request your Honourable self to initiate necessary steps in issuing the
G.O for facilitating the Procedure of admissions to the course of architecture in our college and
I would be grateful for this grace.

Respected Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that in Veeravasaram Village, in our
constituency we started an architecture college in the name of M R K College of architecture in
2014-15. We gracefully obtained all the required permissions from All India Council for
architecture New Delhi and also from JNAFAU Hyderabad, for the establishment of the college.
In the procedure of admissions into the new course architecture, the college required G.O. from
the Dept of Higher Education A.P. We already submitted to the Dept of Higher Education
Hyderabad Govt of A.P all the necessary documents and information, awaiting the issue of G.O.

Hence I request your good self to expedite the matter of issuing the necessary G.O. in the
Dept of Higher Education, Govt of A.P and we along with the aspirant student community in
architecture in our constituency will be grateful for your grace.
