Aircraft Design Project 1 was FIGHTER CLASS AIRCRAFT in 6
th
Semester.
DESCRIPTION:
I have assigned to carryout fighter class aircraft. I-phase of program I have identified overall aircraft, lift,
drag and weight estimation. In phase-2 encompasses v-n diagram, gust diagram, performance, stability estimation,
diagram of wing and fuselage, etc.

Semester.
DESCRIPTION:
The aircraft rectangular wing without sweep is chosen and the airfoil chosen here is NACA 0021. The wing is
designed in CATIA V5 and the flow over the wing is analyzed using the ANSYS and the coefficient of lift and drag
are estimated. Then the model which can be tested in the wind tunnel is fabricated and tested.
