Pursuant to Article 82 and 98 of the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance of Republic Of Serbia
Branch Manager provides a final amount of the bill:



DECISION

For Milutinovic, Milijanka it is determined from the date of 11.04.2014. diagnose with the pain in the
chest, right knee and stomach issue. For the purpose of the treatment and the surgery it is necessary to
separate the sum of 115906,26 RSD(Serbian Dinar)
It is recommended to provide the necessary funds within 30 days since the specialist medical report
(23.05.2014) recommends an immediate surgery and medicine treatment.

EXPLANATION

After a thorough diagnosis and testing of the specialist team under Article 95 of the law date of the first
recognition of health state was 25.12.2013 and the start of a mild medicine treatment.
After being admitted to hospital at the beginning of July and upon completion of the procedure from the
latest detailed checks it was determined the diagnosis of Pleural Effusion, Heart Arrhythmia, Knee
bursitis, Stomach Gastritis.

The first instance of the expert body number 43 and their findings mark the Opinion No. 716 of 11th
April 2014 found that by the applicant of that date, there has been a need for immediate support and
care according to Article 41a of the law, created as a result of the disease.
According to Article 75a of the law monetary needs for treatment and care of persons from these
findings is needed, in the amount of 115906,26 RSD(Serbian Dinar).

From the start of the diagnosis 11.04.2014. patients relatives are obliged to comply with article 88 of law
paragraph 3 in a timely manner or within 30 days report any change in relation to medically condition
which affect the final amount of costs of treatment.
In terms of Article 99, paragraph 1 of the law against this decision may be appealed to the Republican
Fund Disability Insurance Directorate in Belgrade within 15 days of receipt of the decision.

Article 99 paragraph 2 of the Act provides that an appeal does not suspend the time for which it is
necessary to pay the costs.
The appeal shall be submitted through the branch of the hospital or by mail.
