session musicians that included Reggie
Young on guitar (the intro lick was Young's
idea and woutd probably have been created
during a brief pre-take rehearsa[). This
simple, highty effective intro is based on two
pairs of major sixths that slide from a fret
below (to the D and B), and from a fret above
(to the B and G#), that are quickly followed
by the open first string. Ifyou ptay this
example with a pick you witl need to make
