Final Instructions

In order to complete the processing of your first $200.00 loan, please read the
following notes and
complete the instructions:

1. It is essential that you keep your account current and in good standing.
Because your
payments are made by ACH automatically, you MUST:
a. Keep your bank account open.
b. Make sure payoff or extension amounts are available on your due date.
c. If you make a mistake and we get an NSF return, you must Western Union your
payment
to us immediately.
Customers who do not keep their accounts current WILL BE GARNISHED using the

attached Voluntary Garnishment Agreement.

Notice the Garnishment amount is much higher than the due amount of $260.00.
Lawyers

and garnishment management are expensive!!

You must sign this agreement to get your loan.

Again, Honest customers in Good Standing make ACH payments

automatically from their bank accounts and ARE NOT Garnished.

3. Sign and Date Page (2) below where indicated. Only legible, hand-signatures are

acceptable. Be sure the SSN is accurate. You live in a State where the Payroll
Officer of
your Employer must also sign. (This WILL be verified) Be sure the Payroll Officer
keeps a
copy for reference. Your spouse must also sign if applicable. Be sure to have your
signature
NOTARIZED first. Your local UPS STORE usually has an onsite Notary.

Declaration of Wage Assignment

Between: 200CASH.COM, INC. (The Assignee)

And: Gabriel Cortez
Date: Nov 18, 2009

I, Gabriel Cortez, herein called the Assignor, for valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby assign to 200CASH.COM, INC., 110 W. Ninth Street, Wilmington,
DE, herein
called the Assignee, the total sum of $780.00, which includes the original loan
amount, loan fees,
extension fees, NSF charges, NAF fees, collections costs, attorneys fees, legal
service fees, etc...

I hereby authorize and request my current employer, ACGS ONLINE DEALZ, and/or
future
employer(s) to pay the amount due directly to the Assignee, upon presentation of
this assignment,
from wages owing to me. I hereby release and discharge my employer from any and
all liability
whatsoever to me by reason of said amount to the Assignee.

I hereby declare that I am over (18) eighteen years of age; that I am not in debt
to my employer and that
I have not sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of the said wages.

200CASH.COM, INC., the Assignee, agrees that this assignment of wages will not be
executed unless
the Assignor is in default of the amount described, and remains in default for
more than (7) days from
the date payment is due.

I acknowledge this Instrument as an absolute, unconditional, and revocable

assignment and sale of the
said amount of my wages.

This agreement shall ensure to the benefit of and be binding on the executors,
administrators and assigns
of the Assignor and Assignee therein. No other wage agreement exists in connection
with the same
transaction or series of transactions. This debt is not arising out of a consumer
credit transaction.
