Digital archives and E-Learning based on mobile

environments in this project, we developed a
Situation-Aware U-Learning System (SAULS), which
provides the occurrence probabilities of debris-flow and
flood disasters in Pingtung county or Taiwan. Mobile node
can use all kinds of handheld devices to transmit and
receive the multimedia information. Mobile users can also
conveniently obtain customized information and decision
to prevent the occurrence of disaster in advance. We
reorganized the actual condition of disaster area, the
historical disaster information, and literature related to the
sediment-related disaster effectively. Moreover, we
provide digital learning environment that can learn at any
time and any where, and increasing user’s competitiveness.
