My name is Edwin Widyaprianto Prabowo, but everyone call me Edwin. Thats my nickname.

I live in
Banjarmasin, but actually I was born in Sleman and grew up in Banjarmasin. My father and my mother are
a private employees in PT Surya Satria Timur Corp. After they got married, my mother does not work there
anymore. She is just a housewife right now. Now I live at Tunas Baru Street Gg. Teluk Bayur No. 20. I live
with my parents and my brother.
I graduated from Junior High School 1 Banjarmasin and Vocational High School 5 Banjarmasin. Now, I am
a student majoring in Electrical Engineering at the Polytechnic of Banjarmasin. What Id like most about
computer. So, I have basic knowledge of computer that I learn when I was in Vocational.
Based on the opinion of my friend. I tend to be serious and not very talkative, I'm not very talkative but a
good listener. I sometimes seem reserved and distant to them who do not know me. I am very task-
oriented. I'd like everything are planned and done well. My purpose is to become a more responsible
person.
I think, it's enough for an introduction about myself.
Well, I have been in ALT since I was in Vocational. I started a course here from Level 1. If I remember
correctly, My first meeting with Maam Kiky was on Level 2. It had never occurred, I was already at the end
of level 12. During the course, I've known several people besides my friends at this level. Such as Ago,
Tyo, Arif, Bagas, Dodi, and Guntur.
During the course of level 1 to level 12, the level that memorable for me was when the teacher is Ma'am
Kiky. Not only because the teacher is Ma'am Kiky, but also people who really want to learn here. Its the
atmosphere that really makes me comfortable here. I still remember when Maam Kiky, I and the others
locked in the one of the rooms because the door handle was broken. Its Unforgettable Moment for
myself.
Maam Kiky is a good English Teacher, she has taught us very well. She is different from the English
teacher who ever taught me. My friends on level 12, they are Gusfi, Rizqan, Rasyid, Rina, Meilita, Selvi,
Rahma, Vanny. For the girls, they are enough talkative. I do not know much about them, but I dont want
to underestimate them. They must have a good ability in certain aspects. Although they have different
personalities and characters, I never saw them fighting. It seems, they can respect each other. Maybe they
already like sisters. For the boys, Gusfi is a person that really learn speaking so hard. He tries speaking
more and more. Rizqan is quite talkative but funny. Rasyid is a unpredictable person behind from his face.
Looks like an ordinary person from the outside, but he quite smart. They all are good to me, and I hope I
am good to them. I am so sorry for all my mistakes to you.
Actually, I am not good in English since Elementary School. And also when I was Junior High School.
Although I am still not really good in English, but at least My English is not like used to be. I've never
understood the meaning of English words, grammar. Now, I am be translater for my class. Moreover, I'd
really need English skill for my majoring in Electrical Engineering. Many standards that used is International
Standards. Modul that used also in English. My problem now, I do not understand the electronics term in
english. I never imagine if English will be used like this. I also want to teach English to others, it seems to
be quite difficult. I think, it can be helpful to keep english ability. But, I need to learn more. Because there
are many things that I hadn't known. To keep english ability, we need to use & practice it. So, It could be a
habits and We will easily to use English. Because we didn't used to use English, We can't use English. We
need to make it as a habits. We can start from the little thing that we can.
