County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash, $20,000 bail bond. His return
date to Potsdam Village Court is 09/12/14 at 09:30am.
Narrative After a lengthy investigation, the Potsdam Police Department arrested Jeremiah D.
Deshane on the above listed charges stemming from an incident that occurred on
08/08/14. On 08/08/14 it was discovered that the dump on outer Elm Street owned
by the Village of Potsdam had been broken into. The method of entry was by a
pickup truck used to drive through the gated entrance. Once inside, Deshane
loaded the truck with scrap metal consisting of old fire hydrants and manhole
covers. Deshane then took the scrap metal across the road to Sheehans and
received money for the items. Deshane turned himself in at the Potsdam Police
Department and was processed.
