III. Physical statement of the Case
Although Azriel is troublesome, he is either misbehave or being
naughty sometimes. Often, he would walk inside the classroom
throughout of the class and never listen to the lessons being conducted.
Although, he could answer to a question when he called upon.

He can give words that rhyme but has difficulty following simple
instructions given by his teacher.

Azriels mother is a housekeeper, doing her jobs to make her assigned
task to be done in the given time.
VI. Early Signs of the Problem
Azriel is always exhibits unruly behavior, he always walk around the
classroom and seldom he doesnt want to participate in the class
discussion and prefers to draw different things in his notebook.

VII. More data on the Problem
Initial talk with the mother
Azriels mother said that her son is rowdy at home and hard to please. He
often throws tantrums when he doesnt get his way. He would be assuaged
when given money.
His mother further said that they do not lay their hands on him because
they do not believe that a child can be disciplined through corporal
punishment.
