Lounge
e participant lounge is located on the rst oor, to the left of the Information Desk and on the second oor by the Reception Desk.
Transportation
Ronald Reagan National Airport is the closest airport to Graduate School USA and is also Metro accessible. Using the Yellow or Blue lines, it is approximately a 12-minute ride from the airport to Capital Gallery. To reach Graduate School USA by Metrorail, take the Blue, Orange, Green or Yellow line to the LEnfant Plaza Metro Station and exit at 7th Street and Maryland Avenue. Metrobus lines serve 7th Street and Maryland Avenue, SW near our site, as does the Virginia Railway Express.

Absences
Students are expected to complete the entire course and should make their travel arrangements accordingly. Please contact the program assistant at (888) 744-GRAD to discuss absences from class. Absences can a ect earning your class certi cate.

Participant telephones are located on all oors outside the classrooms and near the information desk. To get an outside line, dial 9. Please keep your calls as brief as possible so others may use the telephones.
Graduate School USA is pleased to announce an exciting new agreement with Club Quarters, a network of full-service hotels designed primarily to meet the needs of professional business travelers. Club Quarters, the o cial hotel of Graduate School USA, will extend special terms to all individuals identifying themselves as participants attending Graduate School USA classes, in every city in which Club Quarters has hotels. Current cities include: Washington, DC, New York City (four locations), Boston, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Chicago (two locations), and Houston. Participants identifying themselves to Club Quarters with the code words Graduate School will receive GSA per diem room rates and individual daily meal/ beverage credits! Class Hours
Daytime classes typically start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. Some classes, particularly CPE and PDU courses, may start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. Please make travel arrangements that do not con ict with scheduled class hours. Classes typically incorporate a morning break, a lunch break, and an afternoon break.
Parking
Parking is available in our building and across the street in the Holiday Inn garage at 555 C Street SW, at commercial rates (cash only).
Cell Phones
During class meetings, please turn o your cell phone or set it to vibrate.
Classrooms
Classroom assignments are posted throughout the building, on the digital monitors and near the Graduate School USA Information Desk on the rst oor.
Evacuation Procedures
If the building alarm sounds, pick up your personal belongings and walk quickly to the nearest stairway and exit the building. Do not run. Assemble between 6th and 7th Streets on Maryland Avenue SW.
Security
ere is a security guard on the main level. Please cooperate with the guard if you are asked for identi cation. While in class, please do not leave personal items or valuables unattended.
Registration Form
Please complete the registration form in the packet handed out on day one of your class. e form is extremely important because it enables us to create a permanent record of your training, which includes CEU/CPE/PDU credits.
