At the end of 2013 God gave me a prophecy for the year 2014
THE LORD SAID TO TELL MY PEOPLE THAT THE YEAR 2014 IS THE YEAR OF THE SUPERNATURAL
TURN AROUND. I SAY THIS WITH TEARS IN MY EYES AND THE ANOINTING OF THE HOLY GHOST ON
ME, AND THE FIRE OF THE HOLY GHOST BURNING IN MY SPIRIT, 2014 IS YOUR YEAR OF THE
SUPERNATURAL TURN AROUND. THINGS THAT SEEMED STUBBORN IN 2013, THINGS THAT
TROUBLE YOU AND MADE YOU FEEL ALMOST HOPELESS IS ABOUT TO TAKE A TURN FOR THE
BETTER. PSALMS 126:5 "THEY THAT SOW IN TEARS SHALL REAP WITH JOY." YOU SOWED IN TEARS
IN 2013, BUT IN 2014 YOU SHALL REAP WITH JOY. THIS IS THE YEAR YOU WILL BE THE HEAD AND
NOT THE TAIL, ABOVE ONLY AND NOT BENEATH. SHOUT AND BEGIN TO PRAISE GOD IF THE HOLY
GHOST IS BEARING WITNESS TO YOUR SPIRIT MAN.

Against All Odds

Ecclesiastes 4:9
Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.

Matt 18:19-20
Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall
be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

1. What Are You Waiting On?

1 Samuel 14:1-3
1 Now it came to pass upon a day, that Jonathan the son of Saul said unto the young man that bare his
armour, Come, and let us go over to the Philistines' garrison, that is on the other side. But he told not his
father.
2 And Saul tarried in the uttermost part of Gibeah under a pomegranate tree which is in Migron: and the people
that were with him were about six hundred men;
3 And Ahiah, the son of Ahitub, I-chabod's brother, the son of Phinehas, the son of Eli, the LORD's priest in
Shiloh, wearing an ephod. And the people knew not that Jonathan was gone.

It wasnt anything special about this day. The only thing special was there was a man willing to take
God at His Word and act.
Johnathan only revealed his plan to the person who believed in him


2. Of course, there is danger involved but you must be willing to take the leap

1 Samuel 14:4-5
4 And between the passages, by which Jonathan sought to go over unto the Philistines' garrison, there was a
sharp rock on the one side and a sharp rock on the other side: and the name of the one was Bozez, and the
name of the other Seneh.
5 The forefront of the one was situate northward over against Michmash, and the other southward over against
Gibeah.

Playing it safe is not making any progress
Insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expect to get a different result
I say lets break the mold and do something we have never done before
Its risky, but the rewards are well worth it


3. Divine Connections

1 Samuel 14:6-7
6 And Jonathan said to the young man that bare his armour, Come, and let us go over unto the garrison of
these uncircumcised: it may be that the LORD will work for us: for there is no restraint to the LORD to save by
many or by few.
7 And his armourbearer said unto him, Do all that is in thine heart: turn thee; behold, I am with thee according
to thy heart.

You dont need everyone to get behind you. Johnathan took his armourbearer with him, who was not
even armed except with faith.
Id rather have one person with faith than to have a faithless crowd who is fearful and not willing to take
a risk
One of you shall chase a thousand and two of you shall chase ten thousand. (Deut. 32:30 and Joshua
23:10) Johnathan believed God
Two people and God are more than enough to get the job done
Surround yourself with these types of people who will say like Johnathans armor bearer, Do all
thats in thine heart: turn thee; behold, I am with thee according to thy heart.
He knew only the Holy Ghost could have given Johnathan such a radical idea


4. A Simple Plan

1 Samuel 14:8-10
8 Then said Jonathan, Behold, we will pass over unto these men, and we will discover ourselves unto them.
9 If they say thus unto us, Tarry until we come to you; then we will stand still in our place, and will not go up
unto them.
10 But if they say thus, Come up unto us; then we will go up: for the LORD hath delivered them into our hand:
and this shall be a sign unto us.

Sometimes we need confirmation.
In the mouth of two or three witnesses, let every word be established
I am convinced God dropped this into Johnathans heart


5. A Time to ACT

1 Samuel 14:11-14
11 And both of them discovered themselves unto the garrison of the Philistines: and the Philistines said,
Behold, the Hebrews come forth out of the holes where they had hid themselves.
12 And the men of the garrison answered Jonathan and his armourbearer, and said, Come up to us, and we
will shew you a thing. AND JONATHAN SAID UNTO HIS ARMOURBEARER, COME UP AFTER ME: FOR
THE LORD HATH DELIVERED THEM INTO THE HAND OF ISRAEL.
13 And Jonathan climbed up upon his hands and upon his feet, and his armourbearer after him: and they fell
before Jonathan; and his armourbearer slew after him.
14 AND THAT FIRST SLAUGHTER, which Jonathan and his armourbearer made, was about twenty men,
within as it were an half acre of land, which a yoke of oxen might plow.

God was poised, waiting to help the first person who acted in faith
Johnathan knew, after the confirmation, there was no need to keep on waiting
Climbing on hands and knees is symbolic to prayer. Total trust and dependence on God
They fell before Johnathan and his armourbearer, because God helped them and gave a resounding
victory.
God used two men to whip the enemy
THEY SLAUGHTERED THE ENEMY
