The Motorola Solutions Certication Program uses a combination of
coursework and testing to validate candidate knowledge levels and
award certication.
The programs goal is to BUILD, MEASURE and VALIDATE these critical
competencies.
This Reference Guide indicates the courses offered by Motorola
Solutions and explains how you can achieve Sales and Technical
certications in the WIRELESS NETWORK SOLUTIONS Technology
Areas.
This is an overview of the technology and the courses or course
bundles, required to achieve certication in a specic Motorola
Solutions Technology Area.
Bundles is the term we use to describe the grouping or packaging of
multiple courses in order to guide you in tracking your progress towards
your certication. Bundles will guide you through the curriculum for

CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Three ascending levels of certication ASSOCIATE, PROFESSIONAL
and MASTER - enable candidates to gain recognition for increasing
expertise in Motorola Solutions Technology Areas.
Upon successful completion of a Motorola Solutions certication
exam, the use of a Motorola Solutions Certication Badge is permitted
by the individual who completed the certication. As you increase
your certication levels with Motorola Solutions, you gain access to
Certication Badges that recognize your expertise and differentiate
yourself from other sales and technical professionals in the market.
Below are examples of approved Certication Badges
Look for the to identify the bundle number you can use to search for
a particular certication in the Motorola Learning Management System
(LMS) inside http://learning.motorolasolutions.com. Enter EMEA in the
search criteria to nd all of the bundles available for Europe, Middle East
and Africa.
Prometric Exam
Technical Professional and Master Certications require the completion
of a Prometric Exam. The Prometric Certied Exam(s) consists of
approximately 70 to 80 challenging multiple choice questions delivered
in a secure, proctored testing environment.
You will have 90 minutes to complete the exam (120 minutes for ESL
locations English as Second Language).
There are several Prometric locations in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
