1. Doordarshan will conduct 15

online e-Auction for filling up of the
DTH Slots for the DTH Service of Doordarshan's DD Free Dish
TM
on 13

, 14

, 15

& 16

during the month of October, 2014.

2. The Reserve Price per DTH Slot is Rs.3.70 Crores.

3. M/s. Synise Technologies Ltd. Pune will conduct the 15
th
online
e-Auction on behalf of Prasar Bharati.

4. The following formalities should be completed for participation in
the e-Auction:

All the interested channels should submit Uplinking and
Downlinking permission from the Ministry of I&B alongwith the
Application.

Participation Amount is Rs.1.50 Crore (Rupees One Crore
and Fifty Lakh) only, Demand Draft in favour of PB (BCI)
Doordarshan Commercial Service, New Delhi.

Processing Fee (Non-refundable) Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
Thousand) only, Demand Draft in favour of PB (BCI)
Doordarshan Commercial Service, New Delhi.

Registration amount (mandatory) Rs.5,500/- favouring M/s.
Synise Technologies Ltd., payable at Pune at the time of
submission of the above Application.

5. The Demand Drafts should be issued by any Scheduled Bank.

6. The Last Date for submission of completed Application for 15

online e-Auction is (Friday) 10

October, 2014 latest by 5:00 P.M.
The application can be submitted in Person or by Registered Post
latest by 5:00 P.M. on 10-10-2014 (Friday) in Room No.320, 3

7. Online Training will be provided to all the participants by
M/s. Synise Technologies Ltd., Pune.

8. Every e-Auction will be of 30 Minutes duration.


9. Additional 5 Minutes will be added if the bid is received before the
closing time of each e-Auction.

10. Next Round of e-Auction if held will be conducted after 15 Minutes
after each round of e-Auction.


11. The successful channels will be placed on DD Free Dish
TM

Platform with effect from 01-11-2014.

12. The EMD Drafts will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders
within a week or immediately after the e-Auction is over.

13. The Successful channels are required to deposit Rs.1.10
Crore of Reserve Price after one month from the placement
of Channel on DD Free Dish
TM
.

14. Remaining Balance amount of Reserve Price Rs.1.10 Crore
to be deposited by the successful channel after Two months
from the placement of Channel alongwith Service Tax @
12.36% on total Bid amount

15. The Balance Bid amount should be deposited on or before

May, 2015 i.e after Six Months from the placement of the
channel on DD Free Dish

failing which the Reserve Price
Rs.3.70 Crores will be forfeited and the channel will be
discontinued from DD Free Dish

16. Prasar Bharati reserve the rights to accept/reject/cancel the e-
Auction/slot at any time during the e-Auction or after e-Auction.

17. All revision, clarification, corrigenda, addenda, time extension
etc., to the e-Auction will be hosted on www.ddindia.gov.in

by the DSC Owner.
b) Photo ID proof like Passport/PAN/Driving Licence.
c) Employers Photo ID only for Public Limited Co., Banks & Govt.
d) Address Proof like Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, Bank Statement attested by
the Bank, PAN, Driving Licence, Voter Card/Aadhar Card etc.
e) Letter of Authority.

How to Register as a New Member?

Please download registration form provided on http://www.indiaengineering.com website and submit it
along with required documents on 10

October, 2014 latest by 5.00 P.M. e-Auction will be on 13

October, 2014. There will be 15 minutes gaps between rounds of auction. Winning buyer of
round 1 auction will not be allowed for next rounds of auction.
Bidder will receive user name and password on your email id.
Fill up your necessary company details & register as a Buyer.
Email will be sent to you on your mail account which you provided in registration form.
For Best performance use internet explorer 6.0 or above browsers. Bidders using Mozilla Firefox, Google
Chrome or Netscape may face problem so internet explorer 6.0 or above versions are recommended.

How to Bid as a Member?
Collect your unique Auction login name and Auction password from Synise Technologies Ltd. after
submitting the bidder deposit with signed registration form.
Logon to http://www.indiaengineering.com/doordarshan


Type in your User name, Password and then click on "Login" button.

After Login, Bidder Agreement page will appear.
Click on "I Agree" button. The page will redirected
to bidders homepage.




On Bidders homepage you will
see "Multibidding" menu on the
menubar. From Multibidding
menu select "Bid for Auctions
Multibid" option.

After selection of Company Name
you will see the DTH-Slot Sr.No for
which you have been activated. In
the textbox you can enter your bid
amount & click on submit button.
Your bid history get displayed at
bottom.




If bid received in last 5 minutes
auction closing time gets extended
by 5 minutes.(For Example: if auction
end time is 2:30 pm & Server time
Time is 2:28 PM, if bid is placed at
2:28 pm then auction closing time
extended as 2:28 pm + 5 min
=2.33PM & so on)


Bid Received in last 5 minutes
Auction Time gets Extended by 5
minutes.
