1. Process Description (Project Name: UBS AG, Operations)
Financial Instrument Data Services or Static/Reference Data Securities services is responsible for Stale Pricing and
setting up Fixed Income and Equity related product on the back-office system to facilitate the trade flow from Front
Office system into Back Office system. Also responsible for updating the latest rates, factor, prices and ratings
information to facilitate correct Price, interest and principal calculation in the accounting system.
Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for setup and maintenance of Securities Fixed Income and Equity related product like
Corporate Bonds, Municipal Bonds, Mortgage Back Securities, Treasures, common stock, preferred, warrants,
rights, equity options etc. from the various data providers like Bloomberg, Six Financial Information, Euro
Clear, Clear stream to pull up security set up.
To update latest price of Stale Instruments and resolve Deviation appearing in securities on daily basis..
Investigate\reconcile latest price from various pricing sources and Price instruments on daily basis
Ensure secondary review and Quality Control of data\Prices and raise PIMO inputted in the system.
Designing work flow to the team and Co-ordinate\handle Mumbai and Bangalore location Team and
allocate daily task\activities and resolve daily team issues\challenges, including
Setting up the security requested as per vendor database and confirm to requestor that the request is
completed within process Turn Around Time (TAT)
Accountable for checking the Front office information & Bloomberg Information system and supporting to the
Trader, Client advisors, Stock brokers, Product managers & Investment bankers in answering the calls and
