Powers/Latent Abilities (Green ACTIVE, Red INACTIVE) :
Control- Initial: Ability to turn on/ off specific parts of the brain. Ability to control
nerve impulses and specific parts of the brain at short range, as well as utilize powers
similar to Geass. Also able to control enzymes within the brain (If GM allows).
Rush: Electric form/travel through electronics
AI LINK- Link with Callisto (Mech AI)
Control-Extension 1: Ability to give enemies visions of consequences of their
actions, real or intended. I.e. the ability to show someone their own death. Depending
on the roll and the willpower of the enemy, resurface memories that would result in
PTSD or result in temporary incoherence.
Control-Extension: Ability to make individuals feel specific and strong emotions in
coalition with Extension 1.
Weapons:
Unarmed
Proficiency: Firearms, Most edged/bladed weapons, Glaives, Staves, Crossbows, Bow
(Recurve, Compound)
Untrained: Any not listed above
Inventory:
To be discussed (DM allowing weapons???)

Power Information (Parts that can be manipulated at GMs Discretion):
Abridged Research
Frontal Lobe: This lobe controls a several elements including creative thought, problem solving,
intellect, judgment, behavior, attention, abstract thinking, physical reactions, muscle
movements, coordinated movements, smell and personality. Its orbitofrontal circuit manages
emotional impulses in socially appropriate ways for productive behaviors including empathy,
altruism, interpretation of facial expressions
The Temporal Lobe controls memory storage area, emotion, hearing, and, on the left side,
language.
Brain stem: The part of the brain that connects to the spinal cord. The brain stem controls
functions basic to the survival of all animals, such as heart rate, breathing, digesting foods, and
sleeping. It is the lowest, most primitive area of the human brain.
Cerebellum: The cerebellum is the guru of skilled, coordinated movement
Associated functions
coordination of voluntary movement
motorlearning
balance
reflex memory
posture
timing
sequence learning
The Occipital Lobe processes visual data and routes it to other parts of the brain for
identification and storage.
The Parietal Lobe receives and processes sensory information from the body including
calculating location and speed of objects.
Hypothalamus: Located at the base of the brain where signals from the brain and the bodys
hormonal system interact, the hypothalamus maintains the bodys status quo. It monitors
numerous bodily functions such as blood pressure and body temperature, as well as controlling
body weight and appetite.
Hippocampus: located deep within the brain, it processes new memories for long-term storage.
If you didn't have it, you couldn't live in the present, you'd be stuck in the past of old memories.
It is among the first functions to falter in Alzheimer's.
Thalamus: Located at the top of the brain stem, the thalamus acts as a two-way relay station,
sorting, processing, and directing signals from the spinal cord and mid-brain structures up to the
cerebrum, and, conversely, from the cerebrum down the spinal cord to the nervous system.

All of our sensations, movements, thoughts, and emotions are the result of communication
between neurons. This communication is carried out by two complementary processes: electrical
conduction and chemical transmission. Liz manipulates AND reads Synaptic Transmission
(exclusively within the brain). Synaptic transmission lets the impulses sent by electrical
conduction and chemical transmission pass from one neuron to the next. Synapse transmission
is a step in the process of Neurotransmission. Liz can modify these transmissions, however is
unable to stop them from occurring (as this would kill any individual outright). By modifying the
way neurons communicate within the brain, she can make changes (Minimum to drastic) to
desired areas of the brain (Limited to one and increasing if augmented in a level).

Basic changes or modifications take little concentration and can be executed immediately,
especially in areas of the brain with many nerve endings or that are linked immediately and
directly to the Thalamus. Other areas require much greater concentration and (possibly) time to
take effect. Brains that have a resistance to psychic powers, manipulation, or simply have great
quantities of willpower will be much more difficult to manipulate. Liz can read Synaptic
transmissions and has the ability to search through recent memories, but would be unable to
explore the Temporal lobe and read recessed or long-term memory.
