date of your ta,ing up employment and payable to you in full upon completion of

7. 3f you decide to resign from te company before completion of one year you
forfeit te olding amount and no claim watsoe&er will be entertained in tis

result in more efficient operation of any of te acti&ities of te company, te
company sall be entitled to use, utilize and e!ploit suc impro&ement and you
sall assign all rigts tereof to te company for te purpose of see,ing any patent
rigts or for any oter purpose. 'e company sall a&e te sole ownersip rigts
of all te intellectual property rigts tat you may create during te tenure of
association wit te company including but not limited to te creati&e concept
tat you may de&elop during your association wit te company.
F. Secrec&)Confi#entialit&:
You will not during te course of your employment wit te company or at any
time tere after di&ulge or disclose to any person womsoe&er, ma,e any use
watsoe&er for your own purpose or for any oter purpose oter tan tat of te
company, of any information or ,nowledge obtained by you during your
employment as to te business or affairs of te company including de&elopment,
process reports and reporting system and you will during te course of your
employment ereunder also use your best endea&our to pre&ent any oter person
from doing so.

3nformation is a&ailable on need to ,now basis for specific groups and te
networ, file ser&er of te company is segregated to allow indi&idual sectors
information access for pro*ects and units. #ccess to tis is autorized troug
access pri&ileges appro&ed by unit mentors or pro*ect mentors.

1se of company resources for personal use is strictly restricted. 'is includes
usage of computer resources, information, internet ser&ice, and wor,ing time of
te company for any personal use.
G. Lea+e:
You will be entitled to lea&e as per law in force and as laid down in te 5tanding
.rders of te company. 'ree days ad&ance intimation is re"uired to be gi&en for
a&ailing lea&e. 3n te e&ent of a sic, lea&e you will be re"uired to furnis a
doctor<s certificate for te period of lea&e. 'e company follows strict time
scedule and late comings are discouraged, unless oterwise notified by you in
ad&ance. @ate mar,s will be accorded to you for e&ery late entry wit one day of
absence counted for e&ery tree late mar,s.

5ecurity is an important aspect of our communication and office infrastructure.
Communication security is maintained by controlling pysical access to computer
system, disabling all wor,ing stations, floppy dis, dri&es and companywide
awareness about te need for protection of intellectual property and sensiti&e
customer information.
%%. Termination of Ser+ice:
i. Eiter party can terminate tis employment by ser&ing a notice of one mont on
te oter, sa&e and accept tat te company may at its option pay salary in lieu
of te notice period to terminate employment wit immediate effect.
ii. 1nautorized absence or absence witout permission from duty for a
continuous period of F days would ma,e you loose your lien on employment. 3n
suc case your employment sall automatically come to an end witout any
notice of termination or notice pay.
iii. You will be go&erned by te laid down code of conduct of te company and if
tere is any breac of te same or non conformance of contractual obligation or
wit te terms and conditions laid down in tis agreement, your ser&ice can be
terminated witout any noticeH notwitstanding any oter terms and conditions
stipulated erein te company reser&es te rigt to in&o,e oter legal remedies
as it deems fit to protect its legitimate interest.
