Short Term Engineer

- Provide Weekly and Daily Base Design to Operation team

A. Project Area : Tenggarong Kalimantan Timur
Mine technical support such as :
- Monthly pit progress volume reconcile.
- Geological modelling verification.
- Pit optimization, pit sequences (Long term, Annual, 3 Months)
- Waste dump area & stock ROM design.
- Plan & create de-watering system (canal & Settling Pond).
- Fleet configuration
- Control and review mining contractor performance (by PA, MA, UoA)
- Evaluate, presenting monthly plan and performance (data) to mine contractors.
- Supervise and motivates a team of workers.
- Push the transport contractor to speed up hauling (when low performance) from stock ROM to
jetty.
- Reporting daily mining operational performance.

B. Project Area : Padang Sumatera barat
- Making a stage plan for drill holes sequence & allocation.
- Coordination with geologist (daily) to ensure drilling activities going on plan.
- Coordination with mapping division, drilling division, logging division.
- Report daily drilling activities & plan for next performances to project manager.
- Presenting geology model, pit resources, reserves & final pit design.

C. Project Area : Muara Teweh - Kalimantan Tengah
- Geological modelling verification data from previous user.
- Pit optimization (by resgraphic; minescape software) to see potential area.
- Coordinating the geologist to ensure the previous data (outcrop location) match actual situation.
- Making a stage plan for drill holes sequence & allocation.
- Coordinating with geologist to stake out the drill holes location.
- Compiling drill holes data.
- Presenting geology model, pit resources, reserves & final pit design.
