MANUFACTURING OF PLASTIC

BOTTLES

• Bottles are made of Poly Etheric Tetra which


are of 10 cm in size.
• Bottles are heated at 120 Degree Celsius and
a rod is inserted to stretch it and is blown up
simultaneously and moulded according to
shape.
• Then cold water is passed through the bottles
to harden it.
• The bottle is filled and level is checked.
• The bottles are labeled and checked manually.

PURIFICATION OF WATER

• Soft Wash – Initially the water is stored in a


tank and heavy dust settles down.
• Chlorine – Then water is treated with chlorine,
to settle duct particles.
• Lime And Bleaching Powder – These are
used for the further purification of water.
• Settling Tank – After treatment water is
shifted to settling tank and the water is
stored.
• Sand Filtration – Here is water is passed
through different layers of fine sand and
pebbles for filtration
• Carbon Treatment – This treatment is given
to absorb chlorine dissolved in water.
• Low Carbin Tower – This tank was
established after 2003 pesticides issue. This
tank is used to absorb the pesticide if present
in water.
• Five Micron Cartridge – This filter is used to
kill the micro organisms.
• Kinley – For Kinley Water 0.001 micron is
used.
• Finally Lime Ozone Treatment is given and
water is stored.

(All the tanks are cleaned once a week by steam)

SUGAR TREATMENT
Sugar, Carbon Powder and Water are dissolved
together at 85 Degree Celsius. Carbon is used to
remove odour and pesticides. Then the syrup is
passed through filters to ermove carbon and stored.

AT LAST THE PRODUST IS TESTED IN


THE LABORATORY AND THEN IT IS
SEND TO THE MARKET
