Isafjdur tunnel is situated
in the North West of
Iceland.
It was developed in 1995
and has a length of 9 km.
The geologic situation is characterised
by basalts and sedimentary rock.
During the planning period high water
ingress was expected.

First with PU injection stop the water by building a 4m zone
