INTRODUCTION

SPM is an acronym for special purpose
machines(spm), A machine specially designed for a
particular use or function.
Under, this project a special purpose machine was
designed which is used to fix four bushes into an
automobile brake disc. A numeric cylinder pushes the
bushes into disc cavity for a particular time interval.
This whole process, movement of pneumatic cylinder
up and down,pressing the bushes into cavity for a
particular time interval with a particular force i.e
control of whole machine was done by PLC board.

PLC an acronym for programmable logic
controller (PLC) is a digital computer used
for automation of electromechanical processes, such
as control of machinery on factory assembly
lines, amusement rides, or light fixtures. PLCs are
used in many industries and machines. Unlike
general-purpose computers, the PLC is designed for
multiple inputs and output arrangements, extended
temperature ranges, immunity to electrical noise, and
resistance to vibration and impact. Programs to
control machine operation are typically stored in
battery-backed-up or non-volatile memory. A PLC is
an example of a hard real time system since output
results must be produced in response to input
conditions within a limited time, otherwise unintended
operation will result.

FEASIBLITY STUDY


The application is free for the users and will consume
very less space in memory. The application is user
friendly and error free.
Troubleshooting is very regularly required these days
but it is not a childs play. Troubleshooting requires
people from technical field with good knowledge
about their system. But it is not possible to show your
system to such a person, every time you encounter a
problem.
So with the help of this application one can easily
troubleshoot his/her system by interacting with
another person just by sharing his/her IP Address.
