1. Compose a short article for a fitness magazine to express your health habits and how often you
practice your favorite sport.
Hello, my name is Marcela, I am 25 years old, I am a student Administration of Companies in the
UNAD and I am work at the administrative area of a business venture in the Bogota city.
Between my worries is health, because is important for me, the healthy food and to practise
constant exercise, but I do not want to meet fat, at the time I practise abdominals enough in
house. The weekends I go to the gym. I not as food with how many sugar excess, nor with fat.
And to my family I advise him the same thing, but sometimes they do not obey me.
I like to practise the swimming, cycling and trot. Well, trot I make it daily in the mornings, but
swimming I make it alone every 20 days and the exercise in cycling every 8 days.
2. Write a letter to a friend describing your daily routine and activities.
Dear Camilo Andrs, I write this letter because i want to tell you to near my daily routine and
activities.
Well, I get up at 6 o'clock exactly and i drink a juice of carrot with oranges, i go out to trot half
an hour and i return to house to bathe me and to go the job. I drive to the work in my motorcycle,
because it is nearby to my house, then when i go out of my work i go away for my house to
studying 3 daily hours.
The weekends I do not work, i study and i practise swimming. Also i see movies y series TV in
my free times.
3. Invite to your best friend to practice a sport and tell him/her how often you can practice it and
where.
Hello Deisy Paola, I invite you to practise the cycling, because it is very good to strengthen the
legs and the heart. I practise this sport the weekends in the national park in hours of the morning.
Ah! And the bank holidays also. I wait there, for to make it with you.
