This chapter summarizes the findings of the research study, draws conclusions, and provides recommendations. The study used a descriptive research method involving surveys distributed to 30 management employees of a tracking company. Statistical analysis including frequency, percentage, ranking, weighted means, analysis of variance, and Likert scales were used to analyze the data. The study aimed to examine techniques used to maximize profits by investigating management profiles, perceptions of costs and revenues, approaches to cost minimization and revenue maximization, problems encountered, and differences in responses based on management characteristics.

This chapter addresses summary of findings that came to light in the research results as discussed in Chapter 4, as well as the specific and appropriate conclusions and recommendations created through analyzing and interpreting the data gathered. discussed within Chapters 1-3. This chapter also addresses the answers to the statement of the problem which is presented on the next page. The study used descriptive method of research that describes what exists and may help to uncover new facts and meaning relating to the techniques used to maximize profits of a tracking company which can also provide a knowledge- based that can act as a springboard for other types of research methods. This involves the collection of data that will provide an account or description of individuals, groups or situations. Instrument used to obtain data in this study includes survey questionnaire that is given on September 5, 2014 to 30 management people. The data gathered were tallied, tabulated and computed for interpretation according to the frequency of items checked by the participants. Statistical analysis was administered by using frequency, percentage, ranking, weighted means, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Likert Scale, as shown in Chapter 4, to process the data collected. Along with the primary data, this study made use of secondary resources in the form of published articles and literature to support survey results.
