GROUP COMMUNICATION

ABSTRACT
The project entitled GROUP COMMUNICATION is
developed in the corporate environment and aims to pass
communication between groups in the form of text and audio.
In todays world where the IT plays its role, the business
concerns aims at efcient way of communication. The manual
communication has always been involved with many problems and
errors where the real-time data cannot be passed to the individuals
who are separated with means of distances.
The project aims at maing this problem vanish by providing the
correct source of passing instant messages to the individuals situated
in a !"# based environment.
The project also aims at sending mails from one node to another
node situated in a !"# based environment. It too aims at storing
the messages permanently in a database unitl the user deletes it. The
user can chec and compose the mails well at any time. The project
provides the group conference ability to mae individuals to form
groups and to have group communication. The project too provides the
$le transfer ability from one node to another node without any
restriction of si%e The project well too aims at having voice chat where
the current technology have updated it with the sound pattern.
Thus the project had mingled in itself the well designed
integeration of communication, video facilities and &ile Transfer.

The project 'GROUP COMMUNICATION provides the means
and source of communicating with the users situated in a !"# based
environment.
It too provides the features of changing the password, logginout
at any time, checing and composing the mail, send instant messages
and have group conferences and have voice chat with the other people
and able to send $les from any node to any without restriction of $le
si%e.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
The project provides the ability to pass instant messages
between users available in !"# and to have group communication with
the formed groups and to transfer the $les of any si%e and to have
voice chat.
The project helps to do the following things

STUDY ON EXISTING SYSTEM
The existing is full of manual one where one individual has to
communicate with the other manually. :ass the $les manually, have to
chat with one another physically etc. In an IT world the things must go
faster for that efcient means of communication is re;uired.
