1) Neptune Container Line & Logistics (India) Pvt Ltd : (July 2008 to Jan 2009 )
Worked as Pricing cum Customer Service Executive (Export Dept)
Responsibilities overview:
• Coordinating with Marketing Executive & Branch offices regarding the Freight rates.
• Updating the freight rates in the System.
• Negotiating the freight rates with the shipping line.
• Making monthly Reports of the freight rates.
• Sending Rate Quotations to the Shippers.
• Providing freight rates to our various Counter parts for various Destinations.
• Coordinating with shippers & Executives for follow up of the new orders.
• Coordinating with shipping line for Delivery Order and placement of containers.
• Planning stuffing of FCL cargo in best utilization of container.
• Sending loading list and getting loading confirmation of the same from Carrier

Worked as Customer Service Executive (Export Dept)
Responsibilities overview :

• Handling Free hand Cargo & Nomination shipments.


• Coordinating with shippers for cargo and updating the same to our destination office.
• Scrutinizing documents for custom clearance and getting the same custom cleared through
custom clearance department.
• Issuing carting order to shippers CHA and ensuring cargo is handed ready before the cut off.
• Coordinating with Shippers /Consignee /destination office with the shipment status.
• Coordinating with shipping line for Delivery Order and placement of containers.
• Planning stuffing of LCL/FCL cargo in best utilization of container.
• Updating shippers with stuffing as well as onboard confirmation on sailing of the vessel.
• Sending loading list and getting loading confirmation of the same from shipping line.
• Updating Daily status report to Consignee and Buying house.
• Following up for outstanding on bill with the customers and getting the same collected
• Sending reports to Shippers /Consignee and destination office as per their requirement.
• Sending pre–alerts to destination office regarding arrival of cargo.
• Coordinating with the shipper from order follow up and till the BL is released.

3) Nissan Group : (July 2004 to January 2006)

Responsibilities overview:

• Back Office Work. Sending Quotations to Clients, Invoice bills, Collecting Purchase order,
Cheques

• Approval of Artwork, Up Dating Database & Solving the queries of the clients, arranging sample
for clients according to their budget.
