Physical Plane Two identical boys were born in the city of London : Tom Canty and Edward Tudor. Tom Canty is dressed with rag while Edward Tudor is dressed with silk and satin. They trade clothes but not only their clothes were traded also their identity. Edward Tudor had to experience Toms Life being a beggar and unwanted. Edward Tudor was physically abused. Many people mocked him. But still he is lucky because he got help from Miles Hedon. While Tom Canty enjoyed the privileged of being a prince. He didnt have do things by himself. At first he didnt know how to pretend to b the prine but after a while he got used to it. He became the king and ruled wisely.
Mental Plane The two boys exchanged clothes because they were both fascinated by each others life. Edward Tudor thought Tom Cantys life was easy. He thought he would be free. He didnt think about the consequences he will face. Tom Canty had always dream to be a prince. He was tired of being abused by his father and begging for alms. He thought that if he will be the prince his life will be easier. They were both curious by each others life.
Moral Plane I think its destiny that put them on this situation. Edward Tudor wouldnt know how hard is his peoples lives. Now he know what are the problems he should solve when he become the king. These experiences will make him a better king. Tom Canty learned a lot of things. He became more confident of his self and learned how to solve the problems of others.
Psychological Plane Edward Tudor and Tom Canty got to satisfy their curiosity to each others life. Edward Tudor faced the consequences of being Tom Canty while Tom Canty enjoyed the privilege of being Edward Tudor.
Analogical Plane I think Edward Tudor is like me. I always wanted to experience the life of being poor. Because I see other people they are free to do anything they want. While Tom Canty is like other people who wants to be rich. They work hard so that they will be rich and have a more comfortable life.
Philosophical Plane It is wrong to pretend to be other people because you are like lying. You are fooling other people. You should be proud of yourself. You are on that status for a reason.
Transformational Plane I always wonder why my grandmother would say, Curiosity killed the cat.Now I understand that curiosity can be both a good and bad thing. I am happy of who I am.
